BRACELET SIZE ADJUSTMENTS:

If you have already received your bracelet within 30 days of purchase date and would like it resized we can do so free of charge!

Send us an email to info@atouchofgems.com.au to arrange

If it is outside of the 30 day purchase time frame, a fee may apply. Please email us with the details of your bracelet purchase and we can assess the alteration request for you. Shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.

Every piece sold comes in a velvet pouch with care instructions which we ask you to follow to ensure the longetivity of your pieces

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase date for a credit note. All items must be in original packaging with all tags attached. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will be given for any goods which are faulty upon arrival. Custom made pieces are unable to be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

A Touch of Gems does its best to provide high quality service and products to its customers. We offer a 30 day guarantee from the date of purchase on all jewellery products (except earrings due to hygiene reasons).

Our guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration or physical damage to the jewellery. It is important to follow proper care of the jewellery to avoid those issues. Also, due to the potential misuse of elastic (stretch) bracelets the guarantee on broken elastic string is 30 days.
