Can I have my bracelet made to size?
Yes you can! You can order your bracelet size in S M or L but if you would like to request a specific size you can email us for a custom order.

Send us an email to info@atouchofgems.com.au to arrange a custom size. Fee may be applicable.

How to Measure your bracelet size:

Measure your wrist below the wrist bone (where you would normally wear your bracelet) using a flexible measuring tape, a strip of paper or a piece of string. Then measure the length of the string or paper for size. Then choose the size closest to
your measurement. If you prefer a loose fit go the next size up.

Our standard bracelet sizing is:

Small S = 17cm Medium M = 18cm Large L = 19cm

How do I look after my pieces?

Care Instructions:

At A Touch of Gems all of our pieces are handcrafted with love and care and made to the highest quality standards. To ensure your bracelets will stay beautiful for many years to come please consider the following tips:

  • After wearing wipe with a soft lint free cloth
  • Do not pull on one end of the bracelet to stretch it over your hand to put it on and off. Instead, roll the beads over your hand and wrist.
  • Do not wear it in the shower, in the pool, or doing housework. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions,
    and water and avoid wearing them during exercise. Water, chemical products, detergent, excessive
    sweat can damage the components of the bracelet. Tarnishing of some metals is a natural process
    over time and not classed as a fault.
  • Store your jewellery in a clean, dry place, try to store your jewellery separately so it doesn’t
    scratch other jewellery.


Can I return my bracelet?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase date for a
credit note. All items must be in original packaging with all tags attached and not worn. We offer
a store credit note for change of mind. A refund will be given for any goods which are faulty upon
arrival. Custom made pieces are unable to be returned or exchanged. Please email us within 7 days
of receiving goods if item is faulty to arrange a credit note and return instructions.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Change your mind?

We will gladly accept unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or credit note. You must email us within 7 days for a return approval. You must have proof of purchase. Items are in a saleable condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold) Items are returned within 14 days of date of purchase

Faulty items can be refunded on approved returns received within 14 days of arrival of package, we will credit your original form of payment. This may take a few days to appear on your end through your financial institution. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. If the original form of payment is not available, you will have a choice of a product exchange. Shipping charges are not included in refunds for change of mind.


Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. Earrings and sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. We take great care to ensure your jewellery is packed and shipped properly, however, accidents do happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to us.

When we have received approved exchange items, we will email you with the confirmation of exchange value that can be used at any time on our website. Please email info@atouchofgems.com.au with your information and we will send you the address to mail the approved return/exchange items. Return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. A Touch of Gems is not responsible for items lost in transit when returning items please send with tracking number.


Do you offer a Guarantee?

A Touch of Gems does its best to provide high quality service and products to its customers. We offer a 30 day guarantee from the date of purchase on all jewellery products (except earrings due to hygiene reasons). Our guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration or physical damage to the jewellery. It is important to follow proper care of the jewellery to avoid those issues. Also, due to the potential misuse of elastic (stretch) bracelets the guarantee on broken elastic string is 30 days. Tarnishing of plated components is natural over time if exposed to water and acid in skins, and not part of the guarantee Exclusions to A Touch of Gems warranty against defects

  • Does not apply to items that have been handled against our care instructions or damaged by accident or misuse. See above for care instructions.
  • All metals will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster if they have contact with agents such as perfume, skin lotions, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin. The tarnishing that occurs depends on your skin and jewellery care habits. Tarnishing due to the above reasons, is not covered under this warranty.
