Returning your purchase
Change your mind? We will gladly accept unworn, or defective merchandise within 7 days of purchase for exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your information and we will send you the address to mail items.
One of a kind pieces/custom made pieces are not available for exchange due to the fact that they are specially made.
We take great care to insure your jewellery is packed and shipped properly, however, accidents do happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to email@example.com. These items can be refunded/replaced.
We will exchange unworn items at their value for another item of equal value within 14 days of purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
A Touch of Gems is not responsible for items lost in transit when returning items. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returned items.
Receiving a refund for faulty items
For returns received within 30 days of purchase, we will credit your original form of payment. This may take a few days to appear on your end through your financial institution. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
