If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase date for a credit note. All items must be in original packaging with all tags attached and not worn. We offer a store credit note for change of mind. A refund will be given for any goods which are faulty upon arrival. Custom made pieces are unable to be returned or exchanged. Please email us within 7 days of receiving goods if item is faulty to arrange a credit note and return instructions. 

Change your mind? We will gladly accept unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or credit note. You must email us within 7 days for a return approval. You must have proof of purchase. Items are in a saleable condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold) Items are returned within 14 days of date of purchase.

Faulty items can be refunded on approved returns received within 14 days of arrival of package, we will credit your original form of payment. This may take a few days to appear on your end through your financial institution. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. If the original form of payment is not available, you will have a choice of a product exchange. Shipping charges are not included in refunds for change of mind. 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings. Earrings and sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. 

We take great care to ensure your jewellery is packed and shipped properly, however, accidents do happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to us. 

When we have received approved exchange items, we will email you with the confirmation of exchange value that can be used at any time on our website.

Return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

A Touch of Gems is not responsible for items lost in transit when returning items please send with tracking number.
