A signature is required on delivery for all orders. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, there will be a postal pick up card left for you and you will need to take it to collect the parcel from your local post office and provide your identification on collection.

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We aim to ship most items the same day ( if order is placed by 2pm) but due to the fact that many items are handmade to order, please allow up to 2- 5 business days for items to be shipped.

If for any reason there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, the customer will be directly notified. A

Touch of Gems is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other couriers.
A Touch of Gems is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout.

We will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

EXPRESS DELIVERY – URGENT ORDERS

We will do everything we can to accommodate urgent orders but we cannot be responsible for delays with Australia Post or other courier companies. We will assist in tracking parcel deliveries and if need to lodge investigation with Australia Post we will do so.
